Children arrive and select an activity in the back room:-
drawing and writing table - own drawings, labelling and naming pictures when ready;
maths activity table - table games, sorting sets or shape sets;
puzzles or threading activities;
computer;
book corner - change library books, listen to a story, look at books, puppets
These activities are available until tidy up time.

The door to the main hall opens and children can choose to move to activities in the main hall. The door to outside opens (unless it is wet), for physical activities. If wet, these activities will be in the main hall.
Main Hall activities include:- role play, painting, playdough, small worlds play, construction sets, sand and/or water play, project work.
