An educational visit has been arranged to preschool on 8 May 2019, Wednesday morning, from Berkshire Reptiles who are going to bring along a range of interesting exotic animals and reptiles for the children to meet.
The reptile encounter will start at 10am and will last for 1 hour.
Six nurseries have received Outstanding Ofsted ratings twice in a row, says GetReading; among these is Caversham Heights preschool.
The Preschool Committee is looking for new volunteers. If you would like to have more say in how our preschool is run and play a vital role in keeping us going please join! New members will be welcomed at the AGM in June, to start their roles from September 2019. Your child’s report will be available from Monday 1st April on Tapestry. To read the report please go to https://eylj.org/login/caversham-heights-pre-school/ and login. Click on children and select your child. Click on their name and click on reports from the scroll down list, then select the report for the Spring Term. Please could you complete the Parent and Carer Observations and Comments sheet and return it to pre-school by Tuesday 30th April. Your comments are used to help inform our planning for your child next term and we are required to get parent feedback/signature. If you have any concerns or would like to discuss the report, please see your child’s key person to arrange a meeting. Please note if your child started after half term, they will have their first report next term.
Please arrive promptly at 1:15pm so that we can get started with the activities straight away. The children will need an adult to help them with the activities, please let Kath know if you are not able to attend so that she can put your child with another adult.
