Caversham Heights Pre-School has been providing learning through play for local children for over forty years. During this time many changes have been made to keep up to date with the changing face of Pre-Schools.
We are a non profit making organisation based in Caversham Heights Methodist Church Hall.
Our aim is to provide a caring, safe, well equipped environment and a comprehensive curriculum, for children under statutory school age, which meets the needs of each individual child attending the group.
We provide planned activities, daily story times and music sessions.
Our dedicated and experienced team of staff are led by our Supervisor, Deborah.
The senior members of staff all have the DPP or NVQ in Childcare and Education.
Staff work in a ratio of 1:6, with additional help provided by a rota of parents working in pairs.
In our latest OFSTED inspection in March 2008 we were found OUTSTANDING in all areas of care and education. If you'd like to see a copy of this report please click on the OFSTED logo below.
